Note Event test processes MIDI files and extracts Note Events from them. A Note Event has start time and end time in one event. It quantizes Note Events to 60Hz (adjustable in 1.02), then synthesizes them and plays them. It runs on Microsoft Windows, and relies on the SDL library.
